Poorly packaged for shipping
The tools pictured on top of the box fall out of the mailbox and scratch things. In the first box I ordered, one of the brackets (the bracket that holds the bottle in the box) was broken in half. In the replacement box, both staples are broken. The box is nice and the tools seem to be of decent quality but it was meant to be a gift. I can't give a broken gift. Please find out how to mail this to protect it from damage.
