does what it says c Perm, Relaxer & Texturizer

I've had crocodile skin since I was 25, live in the desert of the Southwest and am exposed to the elements every day. It's light, absorbs instantly, spreads well with just a few drops and within days it's penetrating the layers and softening even my rough skin. The smell is unobtrusive and the price is quite acceptable. Incidentally, USDA certification only means it received that rating from a US organization (which has its fair share of bad reviews and misrepresentations of the product), so don't let that be your only criteria. For the price it's worth trying.
