I take out these plastic strips and use these adhesive strips to attach the mask. Prevents my glasses from fogging up as air can't get through the top of the mask. A bit pricey but I feel better knowing my mask won't slip off. However, remember that if your face sweats profusely or you are in a hot place, the strips will not stick to sweaty skin or an oily face.
