CONS: I didn't like the material covering the rotating massage heads. It was a cheap fabric with a mesh design, after 5-10 minutes of use the fabric started to chafe a lot on the neck and caused some irritation. If I had left it longer or applied a little more pressure to get that "deep tissue massage" I would certainly have caused a rash and left the area sore and agitated. Another problem I faced was getting comfortable. I fidgeted, trying to adjust the straps and massage heads to a position that wouldn't irritate me. I think the cable connector added to my frustration as I was aware of it throughout the session and stepped on it or got the cable snagged on something. I would love this product a lot more if it was wireless, I should have checked it out instead of jumping onto this product so quickly. And I admit it was my fault. Also, the heat from the product wasn't enough to put me in a more relaxed state. I would really like to have the feature that allows you to control how hot the massage heads get. Also, I would like them to find a method to easily remove the mesh from the product and just let the massage heads do their job directly on the treated area. The speed settings were a waste and I honestly didn't feel any noticeable difference in speed no matter how many times I pressed that button. PROS: The plastic leather was actually quite comfortable to the touch, very soft and I genuinely wish it was what covered the massage heads rather than the rough mesh webbing they had. although it wasn't great, it was still appreciated.
