I like that you can set up alerts for different types or severity levels which helps keep me informed when there are things going wrong with our systems at work! It's also easy enough so anyone who knows how computers/internet works will be able figure it out quickly without needing any training from us techies!! Nothing really - just make sure your internet connection has some kind reliability as sometimes we have had trouble logging into pagingduty during peak times etc but this could potentially happen anywhere regardless if its good quality wifi / bad signal strength ect..
