Unboxing this VILTROX VL-200T was a surprise as it is so thin. I read the description before purchasing but was still pleasantly surprised by its depth. Its thickness is only 22 mm! It comes with a plug but can also be powered by two NP-F series batteries (not included). Batteries will add some weight but I will be using it with the plug provided. If you didn't have a remote controlled flashlight, you'll never go back. The board is very useful. The screen has a green backlight that allows you to turn it on and off, adjust the brightness/warmth, and change the group. You would only change the group if you had more than one of these lamps so that you could control each lamp individually. This is a nice feature to use when expanding my studio in the future. The light can be adjusted from 3300k (warm and yellow light) to 5600k (cold and white light). The brightness varies from 20%. -100%. If you press the brightness button on the remote control once, the brightness increases by 1% for each press. Holding down the brightness button decreases/increases the brightness in 5% increments. So those are the specs. This light works well for me and I'm glad I'm this size. This lantern measures 10.2" x 7.9". So far I've used much smaller lights, which is fine until you need more lights. This can serve as your sole light source for any studio/photography.
