I play golf 2-4 times a year. I don't have room to store the hard case when not in use and my clubs aren't valuable enough and I don't play enough golf to justify buying a $150-$250 premium travel case. For the light golfer who takes their clubs on a few trips a year, this is probably fine. Cons: - Almost no padding. It will not protect the racquets from anything other than keeping them from falling out of your bag and giving them a cover that protects them from scratches and broken shafts. If you have expensive clubs or travel often. It's probably better for you to buy a more expensive bag with a softer lining. Most likely, it will not last long or after many trips. The zippers feel a bit cheap, like a cheap duffel bag. I was expecting the zips to be a bit more premium even at this price point. The wheels are made of hollow plastic and can break or crack. I would have preferred to see rubber wheels that are less likely to be damaged. I also noticed that the handles are not reinforced with double stitching. They are attached to the fabric of the cover with a line. This makes them easier to tear and detach from the cover. If they just had one more row of reinforced stitching, or better yet, "X" stitching, they'd be a lot less likely to unravel. Pros: - The value is good. For this price you can not do better. There is a BIG difference between a $40 bag and a $120 bag. My racquets aren't that expensive, but if they were, I'd take it a step further. For my needs this is perfect as it folds flat for storage in a drawer or closet. I don't have to stand it up in the garage like some of the softer/more expensive bags do. The material seems to protect against tearing and tearing. It's ballistic nylon and actually better quality than some of the $60 bags I've reviewed. What's nice is that there's a plastic insert at the bottom that makes the wheel area stiffer. The bag also costs better on its own than some other inexpensive bags I've seen. In fact, quite a lot of things fit in there. I have a leather holdall with steel racquets that take up a lot more space than a small bag. I also have a bulky pair of leather golf shoes that have more than enough room. Actually I think the 2 side pockets might be too big. Wheels! Not all bags under $50 have wheels. Even though they're cheap hollow plastic wheels, they're still MUCH easier to pull around the airport. have to bear. (especially without a shoulder strap!) All in all, you'll probably look into this bag if you're on a budget or don't need holdalls often. Considering the cost of shipping or renting clubs, even if you use them once, it will most likely pay for itself. I would suggest that you could use this a few times a year and you should be fine. I recently went on a golf trip with friends where I needed to rent clubs because the course didn't rent them and shipping was an issue. I bought a wheelless bag at about that price and sent it back realizing how heavy it would be to carry a holdall through the airport and parking lot. It was a better option at a lower price and I'm glad I ordered it because it doesn't take up much space and probably doesn't protect my racquets as well, but it gets them from point A to point B hitting. If you have a lot of storage space, travel frequently with your racquets, or want to protect your elite racquets with padding, this holdall may not be for you.
