Item arrived quickly and is exactly what we were looking for. Something fast, precise, compact and durable. We decided to smoke pork shoulder and make a meat thermometer in the smoker. However, we needed one that could insert and extract multiple cuts of meat. Not only to read the temperature, but also to simply "feel" how the meat is being cooked. Most of them were huge and occupied a forever fleeting place in our kitchen utensil drawer. This one was comparable in price to the others, did the job we needed, wiped clean easily, and folds down for easy storage. Happy with our purchase!
