The system enables us to track our customers' activities within Omniprivacy. We have been able to improve customer experience by monitoring their activity. Currently there are only few reports for tracking of specific clients but we hope more options will be added during future releases. Also I would like to mention about reporting capability which should support other external tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Experience Manager. In short this tool has enabled us to monitor client transactions with ease. Now we don't need to ask them what they did because we know from where they came!
