Who knows what they did with him. advised me to make a return and in 10 days the money will be returned, but I don’t have so much time, it’s not just that I ordered express delivery. And I can’t reorder another one, because the device is not cheap . I am very disappointed! Addition. Representatives quickly contacted me and sent another device by SDEK. Thanks a lot. True, the box is all wrinkled, because it was not even wrapped in a little bubble wrap. But everything is installed and working.
