Blades do not dull, ideal for both dry and wet shaving. Go slowly where the skin is slightly larger. loose because it's fairly easy to catch (losing a star for me though). You definitely know he'll be caught before he does any real damage, which I appreciate. It took me maybe an hour and a half in total and I still haven't had to charge it. Very easy to clean and the guards work great and they are very sturdy so you won't accidentally go bald. Cuts high density hair very quickly and easily; Aside from a few quirks here and there, this is a great trimmer and I will definitely be using it for a long time.
