I've looked at several of these solutions and this solution has proven to be the best for storing various items. However, seeing some of the previous reviews and photos, I knew it was going to be a long way off. But it's $30. So I decided to reinforce the roof rails with hollow tubes. I went to the hardware store and bought eight 48" 7/16 dowels. They fit perfectly and only had to be inserted. After that I put them in plastic end frames. Please note that they need to be pressed firmly, so you need to tap them with a hammer to fix them. Be sure to install the four slider hooks first. I also attached it to a piece of plywood and then hung it on the wall. I don't think four drywall anchors will last very long with kids tapping on them. Last thing to do was drill two extra pilot holes and each end bar and install a few more screws to keep it from wobbling. Yes, it's more work than I'd like, but now I know it's going to be a long time. So I only do this once.
