The ability to collect information from all over our site without having someone physically present at each location is great! It's also very user friendly which makes it easier than ever before when training new staff members who are not familiarized yet using this software toolkit (Magpie).
I would like there was more customization options available as well but that may just have been an issue of my limited knowledge base regarding how things work behind the scenes within their platform so maybe they don't offer much room outside what comes preinstalled by default? Not really anything specific here; however we've had some issues where certain fields do sometimes get skipped during entry if you're entering too fast - especially after going through several pages/forms etc., though these problems were only isolated incidents while working out kinks between us & them rather then something inherent about magpiesoftware itself once.
