No complaints but I didn't expect any. This is not a "hard" case. It should not be. I wouldn't want to throw this thing around and expect it to protect my iPad. However, he does what he has to do. It protects the iPad case and screen from scratches and provides some rigidity. Just in case you're worried about the iPad bending. The case stays close enough to the edges that I don't expect any issues with screen protectors. . I have one right now. It has a lot of space. And now the bonus. It has space for a charging adapter (seems to have shown something like that in the pictures but I didn't know what it was). Inserts in and out when you need it.
