Even cooks. Durable and beautiful color. I love this set.
These pans cook like some of the pans I just got rid of don't cook. Hard wearing cookware that is very easy to clean. I just didn't like assembling the handles but a small Phillips screwdriver is included although I prefer mine because it's bigger and I would suggest using a large screwdriver but it's very easy to put together and the color is really pretty and it's worth it. Money. Really good deal for a really nice chef outfit!
