NOT universal. Attention buyers of Pioneer mini splits.

Robust product. It comes with everything you need and is easy to install. But I tried to install a 1 ton pioneer heat pump outdoor unit on it. The Pioneer outdoor unit has a significantly smaller housing than intended. The holes in the levers are too far apart to work. And the steel is too strong/thick to actually drill new holes without a drill press. I assume this is an indicator of build quality? Well done? But he says he's generic, and that's definitely not the case. I ended up using zip ties on 2 of the 4 feet of the outdoor unit. I agree, it's safe, but be aware.
