The problem with these white wigs is that they're off the charts. They are somewhat bluish-white in their plastic quality. While they're cool from a distance, they're not that cool up close. This particular wig out of the box was a fantastic shape. But you have to be really, really gentle with it so it doesn't lose its style - there's really no way to comb it out or give it a smooth, finished look. And my 6 year old (bought for an Alexander Hamilton costume) is not what you would call gentle. It served its purpose for Halloween, but it won't stay intact with prolonged use.
