Volume not paired with Ubuntu Linux
This device has Bluetooth issues. The volume buttons do not work when paired with Ubuntu Linux 20.04, so the sound is kept at a low volume even at maximum system volume. Although the phone works fine. A quick Google search reveals years of reports of Linux volume issues with their Bluetooth speakers. Bose clearly will not support these users. This problem renders this expensive little speaker useless to me. I go back to B&O whose Bluetooth speakers work great with Ubuntu.
