Review on 🧺 MyGift Modern Metal Freestanding Towel Rack with 3 Swivel Arms: Stylish and Functional Hand Towel Bar Stand by Jamie Sand

I purchased this product on July 28th. I really liked this product, unfortunately the upper swingarm broke. I have asked MyGift not to replace the entire product, just the upper swingarm. I was told I was not entitled to a replacement as it broke after the 30 day warranty expired. This has only happened a few times on products I have purchased from Revain and each time the seller is more than willing to replace defective parts regardless of the 'warranty period'. I'm not even sure if everyone will set it up within 30 days of receiving it. The response every time I contacted them mentioned a 30 day period as if they expected it to break after 30 days. All in all a great product as long as it works. However, once it breaks after the 30-day warranty period has expired, you simply have to accept it as is and buy it elsewhere. I have to give this product 1 star because of the terrible customer service and reliability of the product.
