We were looking for an integrated platform that would allow us seamless communication with our customers, as well as provide them access via their mobile devices (iOs).

The team at roothub understood this requirement very clearly which helped in delivering what we needed! Their support was excellent from start till completion of project - they always kept me updated about status & progress throughout my engagement period. I found it difficult communicating over email due technical limitations but once i got used its not much trouble anymore :) Great experience so far!! Nothing specific now though just overall good service received by all 3 members involved during entire process.- Easy integration into Salesforce using API's provided within package itself or through out sourcing partner like Kite Technologies Ltd., India who assisted with customization part too alongwith integrating sales force automation tool called Pipedrive etc..
