This thing sucks as intended, but it doesn't work for bleeding brakes unless you want to use teflon tape or some other thread sealant on your brake bleeder valves. The problem is that when the exhaust valve sucks in and the valve opens, it releases air/contaminants from the brake line. Air bubbles will exit through the threads of your exhaust valve, so you won't be able to tell if there is air in your brake valve. And that leak lets air back into your brake line, which is obviously counterproductive to what you're trying to do.
