A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

When I'm on the road for days at a time, the stopwatch feature of my car's hourly signal is the only one I use regularly.
Scratching the gl led me to discover another major flaw: unlike with other models, the A1000 doesn't receive gl from Casio's service center supply; the A1000's gl must be purchased separately from the watch. mystery of some sort.

Pros

The finest men's watch I've ever seen; it's just the right thickness and has a stunning steel texture, real mother-of-pearl, and a diamond on some models.

Cons

Extremely precise quartz with a one-second delay every six days. Five seconds in a month. To that end, it's safe to assume that a year will contain more than a single minute. Given the tremendous stability and accuracy of quartz, it is baffling that Casio does not calibrate their watches to zero seconds per year. Stupid advertising.
