Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect chair for me, my back and my health. Read my assembly tips. This will help him knock him out in less than 45 minutes.

I leave a rather long review, adding tips to facilitate assembly and assembly photos. .Other wheeled versions available. I have ADHD and rocking helps. I used to sit on a big ball. It's very similar to this chair, but the ball is cheaper. However, your peers are less likely to kick or steal that chair than they are the ball. I noticed that I was starting to slouch, but I corrected my posture in that chair. In a regular chair, the back support further contributes to slouching. I feel my core in a constant state. I also find that I'm giving less when I'm typing. It'll take some getting used to in your calves and core, but overall it's a big step up from the executive chair I used to sit in. Assembly: - The process took 45 minutes. I took photos and made sure I wasn't in a hurry. It can be easily assembled in less time. Tools: You will need a flathead screwdriver; Rubber mallet, hammer and/or flashlight. I used a metal flashlight as a hammer and also to look into the holes to line up the screws that were giving me trouble. - Advice. First, clean up the place, clear the debris and put everything in order. - Advice. Before installation, arrange the cross members in order from longest to shortest. Advice. Feel free to tap lightly on the wooden dowel rods. Once you start twisting it, it will lock into place. Advice. Do not tighten all screws until ALL screws are slightly screwed in. Aligning the screws is tricky with no slack, making assembly difficult if you tighten them one at a time. Advice. Orient the female pan head screws at a 90 degree angle to the wood. Or peek inside the hole with a flashlight to make sure it's level. This is the most annoying part. That's why I recommend not tightening all the screws to the end. This helps a lot since I went back and loosened them all up. After that I just threw it out.
