Does not hold helium

One of the rooms was not holding air, which we discovered after paying for the helium refill and the day before the event. Made it pointless and useless. I also didn't use the other balloons in the set as it was cheaper to buy them already filled at the dollar store than to fill them. The seller credited me with $5, but that didn't really make up for the waste of money on useless "year-end" balloons since we didn't need any other stuff.
