First let me give you a few details about myself to get you started: Adult Approximately 5ft 1in Small rims Usually size 5 or 5.5 on men's shoes I have to buy boys' shoes all the time because I'm small feet (usually I'm in the 5, 5.5 range for men's shoes. Length was decent but the width of the shoe was probably about an inch more so I ordered a size down, 4.5 and while still very wide they can be managed will. when the belt is too tight. Which brings me to the belt - THE BUCKLE IS NOT REAL! I was very devastated when I was looking for a pair of shoes that were stylish enough to wear to work but casual enough to wear regularly. The leather is honestly a terrible quality but I wasn't expecting it to be amazing for the price. However, I was hoping it would be better than what it is. Inside there is a leather lining that makes the shoes (along with the insole) very comfortable and velvety. Very comfortable to wear all day. I wore them walking 8 miles across the city of Chicago one day with no fatigue or pain, and normally my feet aren't particularly heavy. Overall I think this would be a good shoe for a younger child but not an adult. active in the professional world.
