Sunbathing outside when we can sit comfortably outside and rarely when I'm sick and feel like it.

Not for large birds. We have Senegal and he was too weak for his main cage. I put him in his portable cage to add some "busyness". He rarely plays with him when he's in this cage, but he likes to keep his world busy, so to that end, he's good enough to get some sun outside when in this little cage we use to transport him we can sit comfortably on it together on the street, and rarely when I'm sick and want him next to me, but I need to sleep.
