The running belt fits my tandem TslimX2 perfectly. I put it in the side pocket which holds it tight enough not to fall out but loose enough that I can take it out without creating a scene or noise. The velcro closure is easy to put on and take off for showering, etc. and fits any waist size. Most of the time I don't feel it at all. I love the fact that I don't have to open the velcro or zipper to get to the pump and the open slit leaves room for a hose. I've worn the belt over leather, over a shirt and under a main shirt, both work well. I've tried other pump holders - belt clips, a pump in my pocket, and other belt-like options. This works best for me overall. Great product for those who wear an insulin pump!
