- Product looks good but has issues1. The Gigabit Ethernet port doesn't work with my Mac. It worked for some time, now it doesn't work at all.2. Video bandwidth is also sluggish, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Because of this problem, I ended up connecting an additional 4K display directly to the MBPR via the HDMI port. This is primarily against the purpose of the document and what I was looking for. I currently have a bulky USB hub for almost $200. I have a support message at Startech. I hope they send me one that works or I get my money back.
