It's great! He is 2 years and 2 feet. The best setting for him is the bottom rung. It can rise and fall unaided. It was easier for me to get him to drop his pants before he goes up there and he comes down and then pulls his pants up - it works for him! With a little guidance for about 2 weeks or until I feel confident enough not to look at him, I let him go on his own and he did great! Be sure to read the instructions! Leaving the toilet seat down will make it very wobbly, so pull it up for more stability. The car seat is REALLY easy to take off and put back on and also folds up nicely when needed. Oh, and it wobbles a bit maybe because I have a rug underneath? But still very durable! As long as they don't play it and wiggle it on purpose, they'll be fine. Nothing to worry about.
