I don't think it's used much
Not good as a stabilizer. I don't see much improvement in using this. Sometimes I think it's better to use 3 points of contact while holding the camera with the neck strap taut. So I would not recommend. But it's easy to set up and the mic mount is decent. Just guess I won't be using it often.
