I've had it for 10-11 months now. it's in the trash! I can say with confidence that I will never recommend or buy this liner again. I have a Chitzu (old lady) and a blue healer (30#, young, insanely active). That was the last drop of my patience the other day when my healer had an accident (it took me too long to get home after playing in the park). and she got hot and well we had an accident! lol). The puddle was under the seat cover and not on top?! WAAAAAT with that. A huge puddle that stretched all over the back seat ๐ญ I kind of didn't have a blanket, that helped a lot. This is the 2nd time; The first time was when my healer was a pup and we had the liner for about a month. We potty trained and learned to drive. At the time I thought maybe I hadn't fastened the Velcro tightly (but I'm pretty damn sure I did because I was afraid of an accident because she was a puppy). Pros: 1. the lid looks great after installation, 2. is easy to install 3. easy to wash, and 4. brackets are strong! They withstand constant pulling and tugging. For the record, I have a 2011 Chevy Cruz and it fits pretty well; The side flaps have to be folded down because there isn't enough room to hang down, and when it's fixed it hangs a bit between the front seats because it's too big. I have no complaints about the landing! Minuses: 1. Butt is crumbling! There is a little bit of slack in the photo if you look closely (if I had thought about it, I would have snapped a photo before I started cleaning). Every time I took the cover out of the car there was a HUGE pile of soft plastic crumbs underneath the "non-slip" coating. I was forced to clean the car every few weeks/months (depending on the weather and activity) when it was taken to the car wash. Maybe it's not a scam. but it was annoying as hell. Also, those stupid soft plastic crumbs get into my washing machine and I have to wipe out the washing machine every time - a real agony.2. It may have been waterproof/sturdy initially (as mentioned, can't test that) but that is evaporating quickly as the underside continues to crumble. I wanted a well rated liner that would protect my leather seats from accidents and inclement weather. why did i buy this? For occasional falls and rainy days, but this one didn't work for me. Conclusion: This liner is probably great for less active dogs who definitely won't have accidents and for those who don't need to wash them every time. a few months. It handles rain and wet dogs fairly well - just wipe down and you're good to go. This insert is NOT suitable for active dogs and likely very large or heavy dogs. Due to the fact that the healer walked on it, the lower side collapsed.
