I do Hot Power Yoga every day and I have a very sensitive sense of smell. Hard combo. I use it every 2-3 days on my towels and wet clothes and intermittently/weekly on sheets and other clothes. It's good, but not great when used as advertised. It would be better if you always washed your clothes immediately after sweating, but that would be inefficient. It's way better than my regular detergent (seventh generation) and I honestly haven't found anything better. Clothes smell, feel and look cleaner. Not sure how this would compare to more chemical commercial laundry soaps like Tide. I like that it's odorless. I have sensitive skin and this is great for sensitive skin. But - and here's the bad news - you still have to wash your super smelly clothes 2-3 times when you use them for the first time or if you leave things outside for 2-3 days. And they say you can use cold water, but you'll get better results with warm water and you'll need to use 2 or 3 times the recommended amount of Sport Suds. This makes it 2-3 times more expensive than you would expect per use and it's silly/misleading that they say you can get that many washes from one tub. It's quite expensive, especially considering you get fewer washes. But it works well if you double the amount, wash frequently, and use warm water!
