Install with small dabs of sealant to increase durability

They appear to be good, although quite a hassle to install as you have to press every inch hard. With this kind of effort, you expect them to stay put. It turns out that a coat or loose clothing, catching on the upper corner, immediately tears off the entire strip. I recommend applying a few small dabs of clear caulk to the inside of the strip (roughly each foot and at the ends) prior to installation; This way it stays longer and is less likely to snag on clothing.
