I put this muffler on a 1995 Dodge with a 318 engine, real dual exhaust (with H-pipe) and no cat and this muffler sounds great! It's not as uncomfortable as the glass bags, but it has a great sound and you'll definitely hear it when you sit on it! In addition, you can still listen to the radio and have a conversation in the truck without having to raise your voice at the sound of the exhaust. It's basically a fake Flowmaster 50. My only concern is that the welds look pretty uneven (although there are no leaks) and the paint burns off pretty quickly. This is an easy fix, just sand it down and spray paint it to keep it from rusting easily.
