Updated Review Cable Matters has tried very diligently to resolve the following issues. Unfortunately, according to their technician, this is a problem with the Dell software. I can't verify that, but all I can say is that they tried everything. So I'm updating my review based on the fact that the rest of the hardware attached to the dock works fine. The only issue is with the monitor, which I've described below. One thing to note is that when I connect the monitor directly to my laptop, the issues described below do not occur. I will take another brand of Thunderbolt to test. Old Review: It works fine as long as the power stays on. As soon as the computer goes to sleep, all the windows move to one screen and I lose the entire layout, I have to drag them back to the second screen. Pooh. I wouldn't buy again if there was no other choice.
