Excellent product. I installed new cartridges before I knew about the printer software update and the printer did not print. After updating the software, everything worked perfectly. As with many companies that sell remanufactured ink cartridges, the ink level gauge typically reads ? or "Ink Volume Not Detected" or some other volume error. The only inconvenience is periodically checking the volume of the cartridge manually. A small inconvenience to save a lot of money. The company that sold this product immediately offered a refund or replacement which I canceled after learning the issue was on my side. The ink colors are excellent compared to OEM cartridges.
