You can't touch the thing that changes sides.
I love my new case for my Air iPad. The only complaint is that the case falls off too much around the iPad. When using the top arrow or post I have to do it with my fingernail as my finger can't touch. So the hood makes sense. Old ladies don't always know technical terms.
