I used to buy the same black shoes with black soles. I loved them, so comfortable that I wore them on a recent trip to France and walked some steep roads in a small village in them and my feet have been very happy in these shoes. I was going to buy a second pair but they weren't my size so I bought these instead. I wear them often, even three times a week for training. There were a few strings on this pair that weren't cut, but that was easily dealt with. Fit is the most important thing to me and how it helps me with my foot and balance issues. They're funny and adorable, which doesn't hurt. Vionics is my shoe brand now and I'm so glad I found this pair. I'm 8.5M and they fit perfectly. It takes a little time to get used to putting them on, but once you get the hang of them, they become a breeze.
