Excellent fit as described, they will last quite a while if you don't use certain poles often. However, short irons, SW, PW, 9 and 8 (especially SW) tend to suffer more since I use them a lot during a round (I usually play 8 rounds a month). These images provided by others show the pronounced wear well, particularly along the stitched edge. I've found that you can buy individual club specific covers direct from the manufacturer so it helps to replace those that wear out sooner, although I usually buy them as a set. I love these covers and have ordered them on many occasions (particularly as replacements for shorter clubs) but I don't use 3 or 4 irons and unfortunately I have many extra (3-7 iron) covers waiting in the garage. It's their turn, I'm sure they'd love to be wedges; )
