This 90 pound paper is a delight to draw on. I use watercolor and quickly painted some strong strokes. For 90 pounds. Paper held up well. I would describe the surface as soft, neither cold-pressed nor hot-pressed. Today I'll see if I can use the downside as well, which I do regularly when I'm not satisfied with my initial effort. There was no bleeding so I think everything will be fine. The size seems to be sufficient. I'd still prefer a thicker paper, but for $2.25 a sheet it's not bad. And the edges are gorgeous! I usually cut large sheets, but I think I leave that for larger paintings just to protect the edges. To attempt. It's different, but you might like it.
