It's very easy to install, I got it up and running in 10 minutes. Device works great, customer service is phenomenal! I had an issue resetting geofence labels to default names (after entering custom names), contacted tech support, not only did they respond within a few hours, they fixed the issue. I have used another OBD GPS unit in the past which had terrible user interface, non-existent customer service, one of the worst products I have ever had. What a treat, it's one of my best products. ! If you are looking for OBD GPS device. Stop looking, you have to buy this!
