No charging opening

The case is durable and sturdy as described, but I am giving this an overall low rating because I can't charge my airpods with the case on.
There is not a cutout around the charging port as shown in the picture. It is a headache taking the airpods in and out of the case.Update: After submitting a request a new one was shipped expediently.
