According to the reviews that I read, this flash drive has a write speed that is greater than the 45 MB that is declared, and while everything else is exactly as said, the read speed is actually greater than what is declared. The recording of the video clip has some undulations, which suggests that a high-speed buffer was used here, similar to what is found in affordable SSD drives. You can see some screenshots of the recording process below, along with those of an older flash drive that used Verbatim 3.0 for 32 GB. The recording speed of the Verbatim drive is about 80 MB, and it is even, but it records little files at a much lower rate than the Transcend drive does.
