Love this! You can tell the company really cares because the packaging is so cute and the card they send to say thank you is really pretty! arrange it before you send it but i am sure the mail will be very confusing but you definitely need to organize this yourself but once organized i am sure it will be much easier and much faster, but i don't mind that it took me some time. way more fun than Netflix haha. It's like a different way of self-expression and creativity! The board itself is very pretty, and the letters insert and stay in place! And if you find yourself putting two letters of the same size next to each other and they don't look perfect, just grab another one of the same size and it will probably look a little better, but there are so many letters that are definitely enough. to look absolutely perfect! I have to mention the packaging again, because it is simply great and well made! I am so proud to be able to support this small business. Thanks very much!
