Empty cartridge and possibly damaged printer
I have an HP Office Jet Pro 8710. I purchased this cartridge (after HP Instant Ink remotely blocked my new cartridges when I canceled their services ), although some in the reviews mention that their cartridge was empty. To my disappointment the cartridge I received was very light compared to my new useless cartridge and close in weight to the empty cartridges I have. If that's all, then no problem. I would get my refund and move on. But now, as mentioned in many other reviews, my printer gives an error that the cartridge is damaged. I'm just not having a good time.
