Hello, I have had a Black and Decker convection toaster oven since around 2007. I liked it as a toaster, as a second oven, as a heating pad. I decided to replace it because it started not turning off anymore. It has served me well for thirteen years. Because I was so happy with it, I bought another B&D model. The new model for baking/grilling uses only convection. I wasn't sure if I would like this feature but it makes cooking so much easier and dishes cook faster. The new dials are also much easier to use. I can also toast right after baking without heat, often by turning off the toaster before it's toasted. The oven space is a little narrower, but has two instead of one shelf and there are plenty of suitable baking tins. The price is just as cheap. I would pay a lot more for it.
