The Seagate ST2022DM001-1CH164 is a great drive, fast and quiet. Served as the main data warehouse for about 10 years: Steam library several hundred GB of music that played every day; lots of movies and series. When copying data of large files from / to other disks, the speed ranged from 120 to 180 MB / s, in the case of many small files it decreased to 60-80 MB / s. Upon reaching approximately 22,200 hours of operation, unpleasant sounds appeared (head jumping?) And slowdowns when accessed. When checking, I found 288 bad sectors. I'll try to restore. A couple of years ago I advised a friend this reliable disc, but exactly a year later it fell apart. Left the disk as a backup storage. So it all depends on the party.
