Constant reminder to check posture and reset as needed

- Poor posture/bad pain 10+ years; 6"2', 220 lbs; long torso; relatively weak core in comparison to size of other muscles on the body (I'm a pretty big guy)- Item is more of a "reminder" but does not set the shoulders in the correct place (not sure if this is intended)- Remember to lift up your chest which naturally brings the shoulders back; brace core slightly; back against chair- I plan to use this at work- Not uncomfortable but noticed when using without a shirt can cause irritation/tightness under armpit
