Couldn't turn it on. USB dongle not included
I paid for a new keyboard but I think they sent me a used one because the USB dongle was not included and the packaging was crumpled. I sent it back and will buy another keyboard. Also, I charged it with 2 different chargers for 48 hours thinking it wouldn't accept any charge. It turns out my computer detected his presence but couldn't connect. I do not recommend buying from this company.
