Fits very well even with my otter case I find it too tight but that's ok. I drive long distances and this car mount fits my Pixel 2 XL perfectly. I prefer to mount on the dashboard, not on the windshield, things are attached to it. I really liked this case at first, but after several weeks of sun exposure on the dashboard, the adhesive pad stopped sticking to the pad and the whole unit kept falling off. I was going to give that 5 stars the first week I got it but now it's two. You should send me one more of those sticky thoughts.
